Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern the use of the website fintechbridge.eu and the advisory services provided by FinTech Bridge Advisors Ltd. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  2. The Service Provider is FinTech Bridge Advisors Ltd., registered in Cyprus. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the User and the Service Provider. Any matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus.
  3. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
  4. The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or financial advice. A formal client agreement is required for the provision of specific advisory services.

§ 2. Definitions

  • User – Any individual or entity that uses the Website or inquires about the Services provided by the Service Provider.
  • Client Engagement – A formal, contractual relationship established between a User and the Service Provider for the delivery of Services.

§ 3. Scope of Services

  1. The Service Provider offers specialized consultancy services for the FinTech industry, including licensing application support and regulatory compliance frameworks. The precise scope is defined in individual client agreements.
  2. Services are provided on a best-effort basis. The Service Provider does not guarantee the outcome of any regulatory application, as final decisions rest with the relevant authorities.
  3. The User is responsible for the final implementation and business decisions based on the provided advice. All advice is based on information available at the time of delivery.
  4. The Service Provider is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Users are advised to seek independent legal counsel for legal matters.

§ 4. Confidentiality

  1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the Client Engagement. This includes business plans, financial data, and strategic information.
  2. The obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of any Client Engagement. This does not apply to information that is publicly available.
  3. The Service Provider may use anonymized and aggregated data for case studies, ensuring no confidential client information is identifiable.

§ 5. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use of its Services or website.
  2. The total liability of the Service Provider in connection with a Client Engagement shall be limited to the total fees paid by the User for the specific Services from which the claim arises.
  3. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims or damages arising from the User's breach of these Terms or misuse of the provided Services.
  4. The Service Provider is not responsible for any actions or decisions made by the User based on the advisory services. The User retains full responsibility for their business operations.
  5. Information on the website is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. The Service Provider does not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
  2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force.
